5. Prices, Payment & Cancellation

Payment

Cancellation

Customers who cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be charged a cancellation fee. We will always try to be reasonable and communicate changes promptly.

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property and for securing or removing valuable or fragile items. We are not responsible for damage to unsecured items or pre-existing damage. Please inform us of any site hazards before the service.

• If you have a claim, please notify us within 24 hours of the service so we can investigate and, where appropriate, remedy the issue.
